All Services Back Online

All servers have been restarted & some minor optimizations have been pushed. Apologies for the inconvenience! Dealing with growing pains.

- 2 hours were given for the downtime.
- Daily server restarts will be in effect around 3AM - 6AM PST from now on, which is around the time our population is at it's lowest. An announcement will be made to users that are online during this time to warn them prior to the restart.
