Cheat is back up, sorry for the delay we ran into difficult issues but now they're fixed.

- "Failed to fill whole buffer" is fixed
- Better server hardware meaning faster downloads and cheat interactions
- Notify user upon HWID mismatch attempt (for example if his key was stolen).
